Tiddly Inks Friends

Hiya!  I bet you weren't expecting a post from me today!  Well I have a few Tiddly Inks cards I made last month that I still haven't shared here yet, so I thought I had better hop to it!  To tell you the truth I'm in a bit of crafting rut (not to mention being too busy at work) and haven't made anything new for a month or so!  

So here's a card I made last month for the the clear stamp release at Tiddly Inks...

This is Wryn from the Friends are Flowers clear stamp set.

Isn't she cute?!  The stamp set comes with two sentiments (I have used one here) and the little flower pot as well.  The papers I have used are from my stash and the ribbon is from the Ribbon Girl.  I crocheted the flower myself and the brad is from my stash.

Peacock Kaylee

Hello again!  Two days in a row!   I feel very industrious posting while I am working so hard and taking a mini DT break!  If  I had been more organised I could have scheduled all these posts, but never mind.

Today is the last day of new releases at Some Odd Girl and we have the beautiful and elegant Peacock Kaylee to showcase today!   I hope you have enjoyed this weeks releases... didn't the DT do a fantastic job showing them off?!

For once I chose my papers before I started colouring... I think it helps for more complicated images.  The papers are a mixture from Crate Paper and Little Yellow Bicycle.  The flowers and gems are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The charm is from my stash, the sentiment is a stamp from LOTV and the ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl.

Unicorn Mae

Hello!  I told you I'd be back today and I didn't forget... Yay!  It's day three of new releases over at Some Odd Girl and today we are featuring the gorgeous Unicorn Mae!

Here's my card:

Isn't she magical?!  All four of this weeks releases are available in the shop.   Tomorrow we'll be showcasing Peacock Kaylee on the blog.

The papers are a mixture from my stash (Little Yellow Bicycle, Crate Paper and Echo Park I think) and the ribbon and mesh are from The Ribbon Girl.  The pins are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the charm is from The Secret Garden on Da Wanda.  The tag sentiment is a stamp from LOTV and the 'make a wish' sentiment is a clear sticker from SRM.  I added Stickles to Mae's hair and mane for a bit of sparkle.

Happy Bee Day

Hello!  Sorry I haven't been around in a while... been a little busy lately.  I just wanted to stop by and share a card I made recently for the adorable new Anna Belle releases at Tiddly Inks.

Isn't she the cutest?!  I LOVE Christy's images!  The papers I have used are from my stash (Crate Paper, My Mind's Eye and ?) and I have based my card on this month's sketch from I{heart}2stamp.     I added Stickles to her pom poms and her wings.

Tiddly Inks Summer Fun!

Good morning!  I'm sorry this is late!  We moved out of our good internet zone and we are now in a little bay in Despotiko (close to Paros) which has very bad internet.    Did you see we have a new challenge this fortnight at Tiddly Inks?  And we also have some super adorable new releases?  Check them out HERE.

For my card for the summer fun challenge, I decided to use Wryn Hanging Around.  She's adorable and she's available both as a digital stamp and in a clear acrylic stamp set!

The papers are a mixture from my stash (Crate Paper, October Afternoon, Basic Grey) and the Summertime activity card is from Pink Paisley.  The sentiment is an from the Wryn Beach Babe clear stamp set.  The ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl and the charm is from my stash.  The brad is also from my stash, but might be Crate Paper.

Hiya!  Sorry for my radio silence lately!  We are in the middle of our busiest month of the year, with guests on board travelling around the Aegean.  We haven't had great internet reception so far, so it has been too hard to post anything.

I have a Little Miss Muffet monster to share with you today.  This cute little guy was recently made available as a rubber stamp and I am so happy he is as he is the reason I fell in love with LMM stamps in the first place!

Did you know we have a challenge running at the moment? It's to use scallops on your projects... Easy right?!  And the sale finishes tomorrow, so get in quick!

Isn't he cute?!  I have coloured him with copics in bubblegum colours... grape and blueberry... yum!  I added googly eyes and a little sparkle to his flower.  The ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl, the button is by Doodlebug, and the charm is from my stash.  The sentiment stamp is a little extra that comes with Monster Love.

The papers are a mixture from my scrap containers (October Afternoon, Crate Paper and a couple of others).  The ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl and the suitcases, ladybugs and sentiment are all part of the stamp set.

Hiya!  I've just realised that I have a pile of Tiddly Inks cards that I haven't posted yet!  So to remedy that, I thought I would start with one I made for the recent Fantasy Friends Release using Dragon Friend:

I'm back!

August Sketch Challenge at Some Odd Girl

Good afternoon Peeps!  It's the first of the month which means it's time for a new challenge at Some Odd Girl!  We have a fab new sketch for you this month... Check out the sketch and my Oddmate's fabulous creations right HERE.

Here's my take on the sketch using Kimono Kaylee:

The papers are from Basic Grey as is the wee envelope (which currently has nothing in it, but will have a little message inside it eventually) and the brad.  The sentiment is from Pollycraft and I have coloured Kaylee with copics.  And that's about it!  Simples!  I do love having a sketch to play with... it makes the card making process so much faster!
