The papers are a mixture from My Mind's Eye, Prima, and Authentique.  The tag is from Maya Road and the charm is from Telford's Direct.  The string is from the kitchen drawer and the swirly pearls and bling are by Prima.  The sentiment is from Lili of the Valley and the hearts are cut with my Slice machine.

The papers are from Crafty Emmas Store, but I'm not sure what brand they are.  The chipboard embellishments are also from Make it Crafty and the sentiment is a mix up from some Pollycraft sentiments.  I have used one of my crocheted flowers... here is a closeup of the flower:

Copicendium... my first cards published!

Wow!  This has taken me ages to finally get around to posting, but I have been sooo busy it just kept getting bumped down the list of priorities...  Anyway, I just wanted to toot that I have two cards published in the Mad for Markers first Copicendium publication!  There are some ah-maaay-zing cards in this mini magazine... fabulous colouring inspiration!

Leave me a lovely comment and I will randomly choose a name to send a copy of this mini magazine to.

Here's the first card...

I am in love with these gnomes from Pink Cat Studio... they are just so cute!  The papers on this card are from October Afternoon and Crate Paper and the shapes are cut with my Slice machine.  The main sentiment is from Lili of the Valley and the Hello banner stamp is from Maya Road.  I coloured this cute wee gnome with copics (see details below).

Here is the second card:

This image is from Elisabeth Bell (coloured with copics) and the papers are from Cosmo Cricket and October Afternoon.  The shapes are cut with my Slice machine.  The sentiment is from Pollycraft.

Cool colours at Little Miss Muffet stamps!

Yay it's Thursday... one more day until Friday and the weekend!  This week we have a new challenge at Little Miss Muffet stamps and it is to use cool colours i.e. blues, purples and greens on your card or project.  I loved this challenge!  There are so many different shades of cool colours you can use!  Head on over to the Little Miss Muffet challenge blog and check out the fabulous inspiration from the DT!

I decided to use Adela and Dida again...

To 'merge' these images I printed out Adela and the flowers separately and coloured them in with copics (see details below).  I then fussy cut Adela and Dida and cut a slot around the petal where I wanted the petal to overlap Adela's knee.  I slotted Adela and Dida in and raised them up with foam dots.  The papers I used are from Crate Paper and October Afternoon and the doily is from the supermarket.  The seam binding is from The Ribbon Girl and I'm not sure where the charm is from (possibly Telford's Direct).

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Bearly Mine Challenges # 18: Flowers, flowers, flowers
Creative Card Crew: Anything Goes
Party Time Tuesdays #31: Anything Goes
Hooked on Craft Challenges # 6: Things with Wings

We hope you can join us for this fun challenge!  Remember, if you use a Little Miss Muffet stamps image then the theme is always Anything Goes.

Pollycraft Monday Challenge #108

Is it really Monday again already?! Well we have just had a lovely relaxing weekend off with a visit to the very pretty towns of Monemvasia and Nafplion.  This week hopefully some of the real estate agents we have contacted will get back to us and we will find our dream apartment somewhere in Voula or Glyfada (fingers crossed).

Anyway, Monday means a new challenge at Pollycraft Monday... But before I tell you all about that, my husband has randomly selected a commenter from the blog hop comments to win Luna Bitterfrost -  Dare to be Different -  Science Rocks... and that lucky person is commenter number 24: Louise who said:

"what a fab image- I can think of someone who this image would be perfect for since they are doing a PhD in microbiology and spend all day in the lab. Love Luna's big glasses and the lab coat. Brill card and love the papers. Thanks for the blog hop x"

Congratulations Louise! Send me an email (chickiechirps@gmail.com) and we will get your new digi sent to you!

This week's challenge theme was chosen by Jane and I think it's a fun one... it is to use felt on your creation!  Our sponsor this week is The Crimson Cloud and the prize is 3 packets of die cuts!

For my felt creation I decided to use one of the new Dexter images:

The blue penguin paper is a new delivery for me from Crafty Emma's Store and the Wish List stamp is from Whimsy Doodles (I think).  I purchased the felt from Blooming Felt and the twine from The Ribbon Girl.  The pearls were white, but I coloured them to match the sun with copics.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Card Mad Fairy's Challenge #15: Buttons
Crafts 4 Eternity Challenge #34: Christmas
Digis with Attitude Challlenge #32: Anything Goes
The Poodles Parlour: Anything Goes

Here are the copics I used for Dexter:
